our new place!

well i must say i am quite proud of myself.  two posts in one week is a real achievement for me.  yes it is exciting, but i can't promise i'll be able to keep it up.  i recently came out of my early retirement and am teaching again, and next week i start school for my masters!  well i got a little sidetracked, back to the title of this post... our new place!!

so the skinny is that we were having problems with our neighbors at our old apartment building, and we were lucky enough to find the most amazing new place.  we only moved a few blocks north, and are so in love with the neighborhood.  we used to ride our bikes through the toluca lake neighborhood all the time and admire how residential and wonderful it felt.  somehow everything fell in to place, and now we call toluca lake OUR neighborhood!  i thought i'd post a few pics since it may be a while until all of you get out this way to experience it for yourself :).

we love all the old charm in our new place, can't wait till you all come visit and see for yourselves!
