a craft so easy it's hardly a craft.

i feel bad even saying i 'made' this headband, because it really is so easy! recently i'm obsessed with anything lace, so naturally, i wanted a lace or lace-ish headband. ryan's grandmom gave me this cool ribbon on our last trip, and i thought it looked perfect for a headband!

the cast of characters are- the piece of ribbon, a hair tie, and a hot glue gun. i measured the ribbon on my head to see how much i would need, then folded the ribbon around the hair tie and secured with a dot of hot glue.

the headband definitely fit the bill of just what i was wanting ;o).

and it was a perfect accessory to try out this new 'do i'd been wanting to try...

i got the idea from this youtube video about curling hair without any heating tools! the video is really long, but you can skip around and get the gist ;o). happy hair- doing!!
