grandparents are the best.

we were so happy that it worked out for us to spend five whole nights with ryan's grandparents in alamogordo!!  this was probably the longest stretch of time we've stayed with them, and it was really so special.

ryan loves helping out with yard work, and more than that loves being able to do any and every thing to help the ones he loves :o).  what a catch!!

one of our favorite past times when in alamo is going through old "stuff."  ryan's grandmom wore this dress when leaving her wedding for her honeymoon, what a special memory for me to be able to try it on!!  it was especially fun when i saw the look on ryan's grandad's face as i walked downstairs in it!

where else do you whip up a chocolate cream pie to have after lunch?  some things really only happen at a grandparent's house ;o).

we cherished every minute we got to spend with "our" grandparents, and can't wait for our next visit!!
