26 weeks and a day!

so a week slipped by with no photo or post!! my poor photographer has been knocked out with a cold/ flu of epic proportions! thank god he seems to finally be on the up and up. this pic is sort of special because it's the first one where i'm wearing a whole maternity outfit!! thanks to a huge online sale at the gap, i got these cute black jeans for a great price!! and thanks to my best gal, i have this perfect maternity tee in white and black!

this week was a special week with baby t because we had a doctor appointment. it is always so wonderful to hear the doctor say that his heart sounds 'perfect' :o). our doc also talked to us about getting all registered at the hospital, which makes it feel so real! well at least it did to me- i later found out ry thought that we could register there- like for diapers and such :o). what a sweet pea ;o).

baby boy has still been super active!! lately i've definitely been able to feel him not just kicking, but i can feel him actually moving- it feels like he's rolling around in there :o). also the other night i felt a lot of pressure in my lower stomach. i lifted up my shirt to take a peek, and i swear it was like we could see his tush and his head!! it looked like he was curled around my belly button, but pushing up! it was so cool for ry and i to both get to actually SEE him moving. ry said it was one of the coolest things he's ever experienced ;o). that man of mine will be one amazing father i tell you.

an exciting thing for me this week... i finished my first nursery craft!

it came out smaller than i thought, but it will be a cute decoration anyway ;o). it goes with our 'vintage nautical' nursery theme, and i loved how quick and easy it was! if there are any deep sea lovers that crochet out there, i got the pattern here.

and the countdown is on... 14 weeks!! yay!!
