it was a birthday like no other, being 38 1/2 weeks pregnant. that being said, it was a day filled with all of my favorite things. lots of food, love, and getting to hear the voices of every person i hold dear. when i think about it, i'm exactly where i hoped i'd be when i turned 29... what more could you hope for than being married to the man of your dreams and expecting a precious baby boy any day?! i'm thinking 29 could be one of my best years yet ;o).
i was showered with so many amazing gifts, and had to share just one. i had this vision of ry and i being able to rock our babe to sleep in his nursery, but we hadn't been able to find a rocker. i couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect one, thank you ry! i can finally say that there is not a thing i can think of that we need for the nursery- what a feeling!
i love days when i get to sit and think about how incredibly blessed we are. thank you to everyone who made me feel so loved yesterday!!
and the waiting continues... just now as a 29 year old ;o).
